## Rates

Interest from every bucket is paid daily to your Cash Account, so locked money still pays out every day. Rates are set by ReturnFold and may change.

Cash Account bonuses: +0.25% while an automatic monthly transfer in of $100 or more is active; +0.25% after 12 months of continuous balance. $250,000 cap per customer on the Cash Account, $1,000,000 across all buckets.

## How it works

1Link a bank and add moneyIdentity check and bank linking through Plaid. One linked account; withdrawals go only to it. Transfers arrive in 1 to 3 business days and start earning the day they settle.

2ReturnFold lends it to businessesLoans go only to companies, never to individuals, against real estate and business assets at conservative loan-to-value, with a reserve held in Treasury bills. Some borrowers are affiliated with ReturnFold's owners.

3You are paid every dayInterest posts nightly to your Cash Account. Withdraw to your linked account any time after each transfer's 60-day aging period. Monthly statements and a 1099-INT each January.

## Questions

Is my balance a deposit?No. Your balance is an obligation of AHLC Holdings LLC, doing business as ReturnFold, to you. It is not a deposit, not a savings account, not FDIC-insured, and not an investment product. ReturnFold owns the funds and lends them.

What is the 60-day aging period?Each transfer in becomes withdrawable 60 days after it settles. Interest you have earned is withdrawable right away. Your home screen shows the available and aging amounts separately.

Who borrows the money?Limited liability companies and corporations, for business purposes, against collateral they do not live in. ReturnFold never lends to a natural person. Some borrowers are businesses owned by ReturnFold's owners; those loans are priced and underwritten on the same terms as loans to anyone else.

Can the rate change?Yes. ReturnFold sets the Cash Account rate and may change it at any time with notice in the app. A term bucket's rate is fixed for its term.
