# Complaints and transfer errors

To report an error with an electronic transfer, use Settings › Report a transfer error in the app, email \[support address], or write to AHLC Holdings LLC, doing business as ReturnFold, 30 N Gould St, Suite R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Tell us your name and account email, the transfer and amount, and why you believe there is an error.

We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the first statement on which the problem appeared. We will investigate and tell you the result within 10 business days; if we need more time, we will provisionally credit your account for the amount you think is in error while we finish, up to 45 days (90 days for accounts open fewer than 30 days).
